All work processes have documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), which are stored in the online portal. Procedures range from service specific procedures, to quality and HR functions. All procedures are documented with last revision dates, and only the most updated files are housed in the portal. This removes the possibility of antiquated files and procedures being used at our projects.
