We offer comprehensive asset and infrstructure maintenance, facilities operations & maintenance, and logistics services. This includes asset management of facilities, transportation systems, campuses, and manufacturing operations.
We are aligned across five markets – Aerospace, Transportation, Education, Government and Commercial.
CMTI has over a thirty-five year history of supporting federal and municipal government customers. Currently, about 50% of our client base is government related.
The majority of our contracts are one (1) to five (5) years in length. We have also performed much longer-term contracts, several up to ten (10) years in length.
We have provided services on Commercial and Government contracts under $1 million per year and over $15 million per year.
Third Party Logistics (3PL) companies provide services to other companies by complementing or replacing their internal logistics operations with a cost effective and efficient alternative. Third Party Logistics (3PL) companies become an integral part of their customer's supply chain, by offering warehousing and distribution services, value-added services, and warehousing logistics services.
CMTI utilizes state-of-the-science asset tracking systems including GPS, RFID, Barcodes, and Near-Field Communication technologies. We are also are subject matter experts in MAXIMO, the industry leading CMMS.
Yes. CMTI commonly works two shifts with emergency on-call support for third shift activities.
Absolutely. In fact, for more than a decade, we provided transportation, shipping and receiving of life science experiments for NASA’s shuttle and International Space Station program. These were some of the most delicate, perishable and time sensitive materials imaginable. We were often recognized as a best in class provider for this support.
Yes, we currently operate fuel management programs including the storage, distribution and transportation of gasoline and diesel fuel as well as propane fuel. We monitor fuel usage, reordering, the fuel master system that tracks composition as well as the Veeder Root system.
CMTI has managed warehouse facilities with up to 100,000 line items with a daily value of in excess of $1 billion. We have managed high-value assets for both domestic and international customers at multiple locations. We also currently manage traditional facilities, vehicle equipment, scientific test and lab equipment.
It depends on how quickly you NEED it delivered. CMTI designs and adheres to specific SOPs for our clients. We have experience in same day courier services, next day air, and global freight. We will take responsibility for management of freight traffic, routing, permitting and commercial transportation, and, best of all, we will stand behind our delivery commitments.
Yes, CMTI can deploy our S.W.A.T (Strategic Worksite Analysis Teams) to perform several common baseline audit services. S.W.A.T analysis include; Waste Stream Analysis, Indoor Air Quality Audits, Quality Audits, Safety Audits and Energy Audits.
Yes, CMTI developed our P.O.S.T (Platform for Operations Safety and Training), which is a real-time web based management tool. Our service technicians can conduct quality inspections, safety inspections, document and photograph deficiencies, assign work orders and submit dashboards to our customers.
Yes, CMTI has helped many institutions improve their current operations. CMTI can evaluate current staffing, schedules, management, tools and equipment, LEED programs. CMTI can also provide experienced project management to work alongside your in-house staff for as long as is required.
Yes, CMTI has helped many institutions turn to contracted services as a means of removing the in-house staff from your payroll and move the employees off your books as any potential liability.
