CMTI, Inc. [and our subsidiary, Creative Management Technology] is headquartered in Cape Canaveral, the heart of Florida’s Space Coast. The companies bring a 20-year track record of successful performance to our customers as well as U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a)/SDB Program certification.  Our capabilities include a broad array of engineering, logistics, operations and maintenance services that support aerospace and federal government clients. As a mission critical logistics provider on NASA and military range contracts, we have consistently achieved “Excellent” ratings and have been nationally recognized by numerous NASA prime contractors for both our performance and safety culture. 

We have functioned successfully as a prime or subcontractor on large multidisciplinary task order contracts at NASA, Army and Air Force installations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Arizona, New Jersey and North Dakota, among other states.  Our staff includes professional engineers, scientists and logisticians, computer professionals, facilities engineers, as well as trade professionals such as ASE certified mechanics, electricians, carpenters, painters and masons.

We also have extensive experience with union represented employees including IAM/AW, Teamsters, TWU, and IATSE.

CMTI’s market strategy is focused on providing operational support to space and military range programs as well as in-theater troop mobility activities.  Additionally, our extensive experience in both NASA’s Shuttle and Constellation programs has positioned CMTI as a lead participant in the next generation of NASA’s evolving space flight programs.
